op#3

1. One of the main reasons why Ko Yoko and her mother needed to leave to Japan was because at the refugees camp they were at most women where getting raped and sexually hoarest. They probably also needed to leave because of the trouble in the war and also because they were getting chased because the dad was involved with the war and some other stuff.

2. What do you think that light was when Hideo and he wasn’t able to get there because his body collapsed?

3. My answer was it was probably that train station in soul and when he arrives he’s going to see that poster that his mom put up.

Op #2

1. I think Hideo is very brave because he wanted to go to war for his country and all so all those miles he had to walk so he could meat his family. One thing that i was thinking about was that probably the Kawashima is very important or very rich because there getting chased.one of the important arguments that happened in this story was when Hideo gets in a fight with his mom about the war.2. If i would have to leave i would pack avry big water boddel so my water would last me.i would take a sleeping bag because i don't have to Say at a House i can just lai anywhere. I would also take my passport because may be i need to leaveto another country or city and i might need it. i would also take a bible so you could pray

OP #1

1. I think Yoko is a very careful and caring person ,because I could tell when the Japanese police officer asked for her gold, silver, and bronze. Yoko got up and started to bite the police man because she cared about her. Also when they got to the train station she said thank you to
the chief of the train station by bowing down.

2. I think Yoko and Ko really love each other but some time they get anoyded of each other. I also think that Yoko think of Ko as her hero because she went around inside the car and talked to the sick people. ko prabably thinks of her little sister as a very

Blog Post #2

What does this book remind you of in your own life? Why?

Well this book reminded me of my child hood because I was really annoying when I was little and I really bugged my sister a lot just like fudge does to Peter fudge's older brother.

What was one of the lines in this story the stud out to you? Why?

“Mom fudge is a two-year-old- terror.” It really stood out to me because I can really imagine a little hipper kid jumping up and down and can’t keep still. It also reminded me of my self because I was all way was hipper and I like to run a lot and get that energy out

OP#2

#1I dint really get the part when they started to say about the mottos, and especially when they said ‘Strength through Discipline, Strength through community.”

#2 The sentence that really stood out for was “You’re a movement, a team, a cause. It stood out for me because I all ways fell like I’m a part of some thing. I can be a team or a community and/or a team that’s trying to reach a goal. That’s why I rally enjoyed this sentence.

#3 What do you think Mr. Ross is up to with all of this discipline stuff?

The Wave

1. I think the setting of this book is at school .This story takes place in 1969-1970.

2. The part with the film projector is one of the clues that I think that the author gave us in the story . I think now a days We don't really use film projectors anymore because of the modern Technology that is being invented . I also think that one of the other clues are that the people in the story smoke. back in the days people weren’t really aware that smocking would actually give you cancer I also think that people smocked because it was a way to be cool or if you were nervous then they would smocked a cigarette.

3. The sentence that I really like was the one where she said "In fact, there wasn't a single pen or pencil in her pocket book that wasn't worn down on the butt end from nervous gnawing. Still, it beat smoking." I really like that sentence because it seamed as if the author was trying to say that she was trying to quit smocking

Betty Ann

1.Well the sates part of this story was probably that her parents moved her to a different school and that she had a nervous breakdown. Because I think the people who caused that horrible thing where just dumb and stupid people .Who weren’t thinking at the moment that they her that persons feelings.

2. Well I would of stepped up for her when they left the note under her salad and if I was her I would of definitely told an adult that they where bugging her about it.

3.I think the lesson in that last paragraph was that I you can erase the past and that you should really think before insulting some one. Or just don’t do it because you don’t know how much damage it could make.

seventh grade

My favorite line of this story was when the teacher Mr. Lucas asked victor for an example of a word and he answered Teresa. I liked that part because it kind of made Victor embarrassed. I also liked it because the author said that everyone knew he had a crush on Teresa I would be very emberest it was very funny to me because that would just make the embarrassment worse than it already is. It also had a good following line which another person answered another question of Mr. Lucas’s which was a place, with Teresa’s house with a kitchen full of big brothers. I actually liked that short story because it wasn’t corny like a lot of other begging of grade books.

This story relates to me because I was nervous when I was my first day because I thought I wasn’t going to make friends.

"Test" answers

The sentence that stood out to me from the book Test is "The blue convertible suddenly swung out of from behind the truck". It stood out for me because I kind of knew what was going to happen so from that moment I had predicted that there was going to be a car accident. I think that is a very dangerous way. not only because the driver can get hurt but also other people I think the government should think of better and safer way of giving people their license.well i dont really know ho to explain it.
